fully furnished and is approximately 1900 square feet in size. The
large, open living and dining room floor plan offers a splendid view of
the bay - perfect for watching sunsets in quiet relaxation after a great
day of fishing. At Knockout - we plan to show our clients the best
time possible - both on the water and off!
Should you be interested in a day of fishing, Captain Oliver is a well known,
long time Coast Guard licensed Fishing Guide in the area. Rates are
reasonable!

WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE
SAYING...
My husband and I spent the months of Feb and
March in this house and it was great! It's a very nice area with plenty of
places to walk or bike. Great fishing right out the back door. The owners
are very friendly and easy to work with. We were very satisfied. This house was GREAT, it had
everything in it we needed, plenty of room and a GREAT lighted pier for
fishing at night. We definitely would rent this house again in the
future!!

location is very close to Rockport and the fishing from the pier is great.
