Knockout Guide Service Hunting Policies
regarding Pricing,
Booking, Deposits, Harvest Fees, Manners, Liability, Tips

We reserve the
right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

A hunt is reserved when the hunter commits to sending a deposit.

We require a non-refundable deposit, which shall be 50% or more of the basic
cost of any hunt.

Reserved hunts are held for 10 mailing days only to allow for
deposit delivery. A hunt is not "booked" until a deposit is received and cleared
the bank.

Once booked, the terms of a hunt are considered set in stone, unless all
parties agree to any changes in writing.

A deposit may be made by check, cashier's check or money order,
made out to; Knockout Guide Service, and mailed to
13305 Nutty Brown Rd. Austin, TX. 78737.
Please include all contact info so a confirmation letter can be mailed .

A deposit is just that, a date held with the hunter’s assurance that they will
make the hunt. If a hunt is canceled by the hunter(s), there will be no deposit
refunded unless the hunt can be rebooked. Provided that ample notice (30days or
more) is given, every effort will be made to rebook the date, if by seasons
opening date nothing can be arranged; the full deposited/payment will be
forfeited.

Unless stated otherwise, the balance due on a hunt is to be
PAID IN
FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO SEASON OPENING DATE.

Harvest fees, if applicable, are due in cash or check at time
of harvest.

A harvest is any animal leaving blood or other bodily fluids, or
exhibiting any indication of being hit, whether the animal is actually
recovered or not; no exceptions to this policy.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE CONSUMED DURING THE
COMMISSIONS OF A HUNT. NO EXCEPTIONS- SHOULD THIS
OCCUR YOU WILL BE ASK TO LEAVE THE PREMISES AND ALL
MONIES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED!

While on the hunt, all participants are expected to act in a safe and
sportsmanlike manner at all times. Anyone not acting in a safe and/or
sportsmanlike manner in the opinion of any Knockout Guide Service Staff member
will be made to leave and no refund of any kind will be offered.

For insurance and liability reasons all participants prior to any hunt must
sign a Knockout Guide Service and Stovall Ranch Liability waivers related
activities.
And now a word about Tips!
A gratuity, better known as a tip, is appreciated by our staff but is
not required. In the hunting and fishing service industry, tipping
is common, and our staff works very hard to make your trip as
productive and pleasant as possible, in part, to encourage you to tip
well. Most tips in this industry run about 10% - 20% of the total
cost of the hunt.
The 10-20% received gratuity is evenly split between
all the staff
members. If you feel you would like to tip individually please advise.
